From I-405 Heading North (From Sea-tac, Kent, Renton, and all points Southeast)

• Take the SE 8th St. exit.
• At the end of the ramp turn left and go through the next TWO lights.
• Drive approximately 100 yards to the third traffic light (114th Ave. SE) and turn left into Bellefield/Equity Office Park.
• Drive over the bridge, past the Bellefield Conference Center building. You'll then wind around to the back of the office park, until you reach a stop sign on another bridge.
• Veer left at the stop sign, crossing the bridge, and we're the first building on the left.
• The building is called the Aspenwood Building.

From I-405 Heading South (From Bellevue, Kirkland, Bothell, and all points Northeast)

• Take SE 8th St. exit (NOT NE 8th St. exit).
• At the end of the exit ramp turn right and go through the next TWO lights.

From I-90 Eastbound (Downtown Seattle and Northbound I-5 from Tacoma, Olympia, and all points Southwest)

• Take Bellevue Way exit.
• Drive straight through the first set of lights (the sign says 112th Ave. SE but ignore it) go past the Park & Ride on your right. Stay in the right lane.
• Veer right at the next set of traffic lights onto 112th Ave. SE.
• Drive about a half mile and turn right into Bellefield Office Park and go to the stop sign at the bridge.
• Turn right, crossing over the bridge, and we're the first building on the left.
• The building is called the Aspenwood Building.

From I-90 Westbound (Issaquah, North Bend, and all points East)

• Take Bellevue Way exit.
• Drive straight through the first set of lights (the sign says 112th Ave. SE but ignore it) go past the Park & Ride on your right. Stay in the right lane.
• Veer right at the next set of traffic lights onto 112th Ave. SE.
• Drive about a half mile and turn right into Bellefield Office Park and go to the stop sign at the bridge.
• Turn right, crossing over the bridge, and we're the first building on the left.

From Hwy 520 (and Southbound I-5 from Northgate, Everett, and all points Northwest)

• Take I-405 exit heading South.
• Take SE 8th St. exit (NOT NE 8th St. Exit).
• At the end of the ramp turn right and go through the lights.
• Drive approximately 100 yards (you'll see a left turn lane) turn left into Bellefield Office Park.
• Veer left, cross over bridge, and we're the first building on the left.
• The building is called the Aspenwood Building.

From Bellevue City Center

• Find 112th Ave. NE and head South.
• Stay in right lane and go straight through the light at SE 8th St.
• Move into the left lane, go 0.2 miles and turn left into Bellefield Office Park.
• Go to the stop sign at the bridge.
• Turn right, cross over bridge, and we're the first building on the left.
• The building is called the Aspenwood Building.
